Membership Types

There are two types of membership: institutional Membership and Individual Membership.

Individual Membership This membership type is available only to individuals, and the individual retains all rights to the membership.
A. General membership                                                  $50 Annually
This membership is open to U.S. and China attorneys in good standing, individuals who works at academic legal institutions or other individuals who is interested in law.
B. VIP membership                                                        $600 Annually
This membership is open to individuals who has over 5 years working experience.
C. Law School Students                                                  $0 Annually
Individuals who are full-time students at an accredited university or other accredited academic institution of higher learning are eligible for this membership. The Student category shall be open to an individual for membership for a limited term over a period of no more than six (6) consecutive years, provided the individual maintains full-time student status during that period, and after which time the Student will be deemed to have graduated and/or become eligible for Standard Membership.

Institutional Membership: This membership type is a corporate membership and belongs to a company or a business entity. The said company or business entity is entitled to appoint 2 individuals as the members of record to represent the company or business entity within the Foundation in accordance with the UCLEF Membership Dues structure. All corporate Memberships are entitled to the full services available through UCLEF. Corporate Membership dues:

A. Law Firms		$1500 Annually
B. Other		$1000 Annually
