UCLEF Members Code of Conduct

UCLEF Members Code of Conduct describes the expectations and obligations associated with membership in UCLEF. As a condition of membership, all UCLEF members are required to conduct themselves consistent with the UCLEF Member Code of Conduct. Failure to comply might result in termination of membership.

1. Members shall maintain high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
2. Members shall practice fairness and honesty.
3. Members shall encourage others to act in a professional and ethical manner.
4. Members shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Members shall respect and protect the intellectual property rights of UCLEF, including any trademarks, logos and copyrights.
6. Members shall treat all information furnished by UCLEF as confidential and will not reproduce material without UCLEF's written approval.
7. Members shall avoid conflicts of interest.
